it-autec GmbH, based in Cologne, Germany, develops and markets PC-based control systems for blow moulding machines. With roots going back to 1995, we bring over 30 years of experience in blow moulding machine control engineering to every solution we develop.
Our approach: standard industrial hardware (Beckhoff TwinCAT) instead of expensive proprietary components. For our customers this means: higher availability, better spare parts supply, and significantly lower maintenance costs.
Our Products
BlowControl is our complete control for blow moulding machines. It combines PLC, motion control and visualisation on a single CPU – fanless and hard-drive-free.
BlowMotion is the autonomous solution for motion and wall thickness control, ideal for retrofits and special solutions.
SmartWds is our specialist for wall thickness programming and ejection control – for up to 10 channels, expandable to full control.
