BlowControl is an up to date, PC based Control System developed by it-autec especially for Blow Moulding Machines.


The main attraction of the control is the use of the worldwide known and available BECKHOFF standard components.
That means, no function-related hardware is used anymore (e.g. electronic cards for wall thickness, movement control or temperature control).

The system is based on a 12" TFT-monitor with touch screen and a maintenance-free, sturdy industrial PC without hard disk and fan.


As operating system WINDOWS CE is used.
The complete Software (operating system, HMI, technology and PLC program) is stored on a flash card (64 MB).
Due to this method an easy installation and easy use of the complete control system is guaranteed.
